Open GoodNotes: Launch the GoodNotes app on your iPad or another compatible device.
Select the Lasso Tool: Tap the Lasso tool, usually found in the toolbar, to select the handwritten text you want to convert.
Circle the Handwriting: Use the Lasso tool to draw a circle around the handwritten text you wish to convert. Ensure all the text you want to convert is within the selected area.
Convert to Text: Once the handwriting is circled, tap the selected area and choose 'Convert' or 'Convert to Text' from the context menu that appears. GoodNotes will process the handwriting and convert it into digital text.
